About Renew Uganda
5+ Years Transforming Schools

Why We Exist

Uganda is one of the youngest countries in the world with half the population (24 million children) under the age of 15. Many of these children are vulnerable living in broken homes with little positive family influence. To reach this generation with the gospel and train them to become the men and women they were created to be, Renew Uganda Initiative focuses on those key influencers outside the family – their teachers. We believe Transformed People Transform People and work daily to Unite, Empower, and Educate 500,000 Ugandan educators serving in 30,000 schools.
